Statement of Purpose
The purpose of Associated Production Services, Inc. is to be an organization dedicated to the pursuit of cultivating successful vocational lives for the developmentally disabled adults entrusted to its care and for the staff who serve them.
Description of ServicesThe prime service is the development of skills, understandings, and attitudes conductive to success in manufacturing careers and endeavors by incorporating our adult clients into the operation of a manufacturing environment. It is our intent to provide these services in a realistic environment modeled as closely to normalized production as possible. This genuine environment will provide for a therapeutic and training model that may generally be defined as the "productive" model which utilizes the socio-educational approach to training.
